If this has happened - then you need to delete the cache (files stored temporarily or until deleted) in your browser that contains the data for the websites you visit - which means that the old nav bar is still in your system and needs to be removed so the new one is downloaded when you visit the site - nothing is installed in this process and is not a thing you have to download yourself. This process is done automatically when you visit our site, and takes no added effort.

This may be because you do not have the apporiate flash plugin installed - install the Adobe Flash Player plugin by clicking the the download button below - once downloaded run the file that you saved which will install this plugin:

This will happen when your screen resolution is not set to a big enough size. Some moniters can only go so high. IF you want to set your size large (if possible) GOTO the START button (if MICROSOFT WINDOWS) - then goto CONTROL PANEL - then double click on DISPLAY - the TAB to the far right says SETTINGS, click on that - then below the tab will say SCREEN RESOLUTION - move it ONE notch to the RIGHT - this will change the settings for the computer moniter. The screen might go black for a second - THEN it will ask if you want to keep these settings - click yes. IF INCASE IT GOES BLACK and DOES NOT COME BACk - WAIT FOR 20 SECS - it will change back - this means that you can not keep those settings cause it wont work.

THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE CASE AND YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE YOUR SCREEN RESOLUTION BIGGER = IF SO it WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO MAKE THE SCREEN RESOLUTION ANY BIGGER CAUSE YOUR MONITER DOES NOT SUPPORT IT OR YOUR GRAPHIX CARD DOES NOT SUPPORT IT.

ANOTHER REASON for this - in case its not your resolution - ITS Internet Explorer - which has been heard of to do this - please download FIREFOX browser - which is free above where you see the FIREFOX logo - click the download button.
